Balut Courier - February 24, 1984 Edition

As promised...I am posting another edition of the Balut Courier archives....this edition is the February 24, 1984 Courier.  I hope that all my Waggie friends are enjoying the nostalgia and maybe even having a few chuckles and laughs at what we thought was "happening news" at the time.  Don't you all wish that you could go back in time just one day to enjoy the innocence and fun that we all got to experience at Wagner????  I know I do.  Happy reading everyone and we will see you all again in about two weeks for the next edition.
